Decadent Overnight Oatmeal with Bananas and Peanut Butter

Ingredients
vegetarian | egg-free
60 ml (1/4 cup) coconut milk
250 ml (1 cup) 2% milk
125 ml (1/2 cup) 0% plain yogurt
30 ml (2 tablespoons) creamy peanut butter at room temperature
1 mashed banana
1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) vanilla extract
250 ml (1 cup) Fun Oats! Bananas & Coconut oatmeal
Steps
In a bowl, mix coconut milk with milk, yogurt, peanut butter, banana and vanilla.
Add the banana-coconut oatmeal and stir.
Divide mixture between four 500-ml (2-cup) glass jars. Close jars.
Refrigerate for 8 to 10 hours.
